The 7000 1st Avenue building is located on the northeast corner of First Avenue and Goldwater Boulevard in Old Town Scottsdale. The building designed as a focal point to the entry into downtown Old Scottsdale is designed in the new prominent contemporary aesthetic with extended overhangs trimmed in blue stainless steel to pay homage to Arizona’s brilliant blue skies while also protecting the fenestration which complements the finned window shade structure with windows brushed in aluminum. The exterior finish is clad in smooth stucco and covered with light sandstone stone tile.
